Our Story

The Cassina family's close relation to textile and fashion goes back many years. Pietro , born in 1902, started playing whith fabrics as a child. After the Second World War he opened a store in Turin, he finally returned to his home city, Como, and started the local business. Following in his footsteps his three sons took this passion into the clothing industry. The taste and the sartorial care for details soon made 'Cassina' an institution in local clothing retail business.

In 1978 the family opens, in the primary location of Piazza Duomo, an exclusive boutique with seven windows directly facing the Cathedral.

At first the boutique specialized in formal clothing for man but, as time went on, 'Peter Ci' extended its range to casual clothing, accessories and tailor made suits.

In 2003 the Ermenegildo Zegna section was added to complete the boutique's impressive range of Italian brands.

Today the son Guido and the nephew Marco, together with a highly professional staff, offer their expertise, competence and discretion to local and international customers.
